The Comme des Garcons x Air Jordan 11 collection now has a confirmed release date. It's set to drop September 10th for $250 per pair per zSneakerHeadz. This marks the first official collaboration the Air Jordan 11 has ever received.
Two colorways make up the release, one in all black and the other in all white. CDG swaps the model's usual mesh for premium leather, giving the classic silhouette a sharper, more luxury finish. The move pushes the shoe further into high fashion territory without straying from its original shape.
Also Jumpman branding sits quietly on the collar of both pairs. "Comme des Garcons Homme Plus" lettering runs along the ankle instead of a traditional tongue tag, keeping the design tonal and understated throughout. Both pairs also introduce a patent leather midsole, a first for the Air Jordan 11.
The Air Jordan 11 has stayed almost entirely off-limits to outside collaborators since its 1995 debut. Even Nike's own Doernbecher program, which has touched nearly every major Jordan model, never included the 11. That history alone makes this release stand out.
