Cardi B is fronting Old Navy's new "Most Wanted Denim" campaign, and it's already translating into real sales. She stars in the brand's Fall 2026 push alongside Paloma Elsesser, Brooks Nader, Haley Baylee, Wisdom Kaye, and Quen Blackwell.
It continues the "It's Old Navy" series that kicked off with Paris Hilton earlier this summer. The full commercial dropped August 4th, shot like a Wild West fever dream with Cardi cruising onto set in a green convertible before hopping into the director's chair.
The jeans Cardi wears throughout the campaign are the Extra High-Waisted Wide-Leg. It's part of a lineup that also includes The Arc, the Hi-Rise Wide Leg, and the Low-Rise Baggy.
Old Navy's site shows several washes already down to just a couple sizes still in stock, with many rows of sizing sold out entirely just days after launch.
Cardi didn't hold back promoting it either. She posted on X saying finding jeans with a BBL is usually a struggle, but Old Navy has options for everybody. That kind of unscripted promotion is exactly why this partnership is resonating the way it is. Especially compared to more polished, corporate-feeling celebrity campaigns.
Cardi B's Old Navy Campaign
Part of what's making this campaign hit differently is how well it fits Cardi's actual personality. She's loud, funny, and always online, which lines up surprisingly well with Old Navy's own marketing tone over the years. It doesn't feel like a forced celebrity paycheck moment.
Cardi has also been open about still shopping at Old Navy herself, despite having access to any designer brand she wants. She's said the store reminds her of her mom shopping there growing up, calling the campaign a full circle moment.
With multiple washes already thinning out in stock just days after launch, Old Navy is clearly seeing real demand off the back of this partnership. For a jeans line starting at $22, that kind of turnover speaks for itself.
