Young Thug has had one of the most instinctive reactions to the untimely death of rapper Nipsey Hussle. After finding out about the Los Angeles legend's murder, Thugger took a short time to gather his thoughts before speaking out on social media. The Atlanta-based artist's first thought was about Nipsey's killer, saying that if he were at the shop at the time of the shooting, things would have turned out differently. "Glad I didn’t make it to the store, would’ve been locked up for a murder," he wrote. Later in the week, he implied that if we "killed all rats," Nipsey Hussle would still be alive. Considering the fact that many have taken his words out of context, Thug decided to comment again on his fallen peer using only emojis to ensure that his point gets across as intended.

The "Best Friend" singer posted a photo of Nipsey and his daughter on his page, choosing not to write out his emotions this time. Instead, he came through with some emoji wisdom: "πŸ—£πŸ‘†πŸ½πŸ‘ΆπŸ½πŸ€’πŸ˜₯πŸ€§πŸ˜“πŸ˜ͺπŸ™πŸ½βœπŸ½πŸŽšπŸ“½πŸ”πŸ”¬πŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘§πŸ˜˜πŸ’." If you can't understand that, you were unfortunately born in the wrong era.

Many members of the hip-hop community have been devoted to keeping Nipsey's memory alive by continuing to share their moments with the rapper online. The Game and T.I. have been instrumental in reminding everybody of how impactful the 33-year-old was in his life. It seems as though Thugger wants in too.
