The artist updated his Instagram story with a message to his fans, commenting once again on the passing of the "Last Time That I Checc'ed" rapper. "If we would've stuck with the G code and killed all rats my brada Nipsey would still be alive," wrote Jeffery. The statement is bold but it makes sense considering the circumstances. While it was first reported that Eric Holder, the suspected shooter, was gang-motivated, it is now being reported that Hussle's murder was likely the product of jealousy and envy.
Hussle gave a lot back to his community. In fact, the only reason he was at his shop on Sunday was to pick up clothes for his friend that had just been released from prison. The situation is incredibly sad and many are not finding it easy to deal with his loss.
