News Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club In NYC Shut Down Again <p>Grand re-opening, grand closing? Just a day after the grandiose celebration of Hov relaunching his famed sports bar, he’s met with another set back. According to the NYPOST, the Health Inspector has bestowed a C grade for the newly revamped restaurant after seeing a slew of violations. Grievances cited allege that mass amounts of food were not properly stored or not in the right temperature, and as result was given 69 points worth of infractions. News Shawty Redd Found Not Guilty of Murder <p>Rap producer Shawty Redd can now put his legal troubles behind him. MTV News learned exclusively from Redd's attorney Ashutosh Joshi on Thursday (November 3) that the Atlanta hitmaker has been found not guilty of murder, as well as lesser charges he was hit with after the fatal 2010 New Year's Day shooting of Damon Martin.<br /> <br /> The bench trial, which began Monday, was decided by a judge without a jury and concluded Wednesday. News Billboard Issues New Chart Policy <p>Starting November 21st, Billboard will have a new policy for artists to make the charts, based on criticisim by critics and artists alike of it's current policies. For example, Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" debuted at number one, but was sold at a very discounted price.
