Khalid & H.E.R. team up on "The Way" for the "Superfly" soundtrack.

We're only a few days away from the release of the Future produced Superfly soundtrack. There's been a lot of hype surrounding the project since it's essentially a Future project with other artists featured on it. Last week, he unveiled the tracklist for the project which seems to have a great balance between hip hop and R&B. Today, Khalid and H.E.R drop their new single for the Superfly soundtrack.

Future put two of R&B newest and brightest stars together on the track, "The Way" for the "Superfly" soundtrack. It's a sexy and seductive track that brings the two artists together over a luscious guitar progressive and minimal drums. According to TIDAL, the song was produced by Hiko Momoji and Cameron Hale who've worked with Khalid in the past.

Aside from Khalid and H.E.R, they've also tapped some other notable names for the soundtrack. Of course, Future is featured prominently throughout the tracklist but he also brings Young Thug, Yung Bans, Lil Wayne, Gunna, 21 Savage, PartyNextDoor, Miguel and more for the Superfly soundtrack. The soundtrack is due out this Friday, June 8th and the movie will hit theaters a week later on June 15th.

Quotable Lyrics
I was in your corner
When you were putting me through shit
I know you want to leave, no
You leaving me is foolish
