Post Malone defends Ezekiel Elliott, insisting he's a good guy and recalling a party they attended.

Ezekiel Elliott had a rough sophomore season for the Dallas Cowboys. The star running back seen his fair share of trouble with the law, as well as with the National Football League. Zeke was suspended last season for allegations made by his ex-girlfriend of several instances of domestic abuse, which were taken incredibly seriously by the NFL. Post Malone, a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, has previously shared his opinion regarding the suspension against the RB, believing that the league "fu--ed him over."  During a recent run-in with TMZ, Posty explains, once again, where he thinks the league and the organization went wrong with Zeke.

Having lived in Texas for part of his life with his father having worked as manager of concessions for the Cowboys, the rapper has a close tie to the team. His familial connection to the Cowboys has likely won him some points with the players, as Post detailed one night when he and Zeke "were partying and getting weird." During his talk with the photographer, Post says that he believes that Ezekiel is a genuine football player and a nice guy.

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys, has stated that he wants Elliott to return to the team. The big story this offseason for Dallas remains if Zeke will be able to behave well enough, given his complicated past of partying and domestic issues. Hopefully, the running back can figure everything out as he proves to have a high ceiling and, given the chance to perform, he can help the Cowboys in making a run next year.
