Two weeks after Kim Kardashian and Kanye West announced that their newest daughter was born via surrogate, the first image of the infant was revealed during Kylie Jenner's 11 minute ode to her pregnancy posted to YouTube.
In the video, Kylie is seen sitting beside sister Kim, as she is embracing the latest addition to the Kardashian-West clan. Kylie can be heard saying "she looks so different," while cradling the toddler in her arms, as a sentimental piano melody soundtracks the clip. Shortly afterwards, someone can be heard asking Kim what they plan on naming the baby, responding with "I think we're gonna go with Chicago."
Following this moment, the video then shows Kylie, Chicago and brother Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream Renée posing for a photo together shot by Kim.
The video is a moment of absolute clarity, providing the eager public an answer to Kylie's alleged pregnancy. The beauty mogul did not confirm the widespread rumours that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott, shying away from the public for the last couple of months. Although, Jenner's sabbatical from the public eye, alongside the various inside sources who routinely revealed information surrounding her pregnancy, fuelled the public's interest regarding her maternal status.
