2 Chainz is reportedly getting sued for skipping out on a couple missed car payments.

It looks like 2 Chainz is the latest victim of a new lawsuit. According to TMZ, the ATL veteran has allegedly skipped out on a couple payments for his Rolls Royce, and the auto broker is now taking legal action & reportedly suing him.

So apparently 2 Chainz hired Highline Holdings Group to help him find & lock down a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead for him, which they were able to do, but when it came time to pay, the rapper was a little absent-minded the company says. According to the documents that TMZ was able to obtain, Highline negotiated a $262,212 price for the Phantom, to which Chainz agreed to pay and he did for the most part. Key word... most part. The ATL Rapper allegedly still had an outstanding balance of $18,317, and when Highline contacted him for the rest of it Tity Boi reportedly refused to fork over any more dough. Even though the exotic ride was still delivered to his home in Georgia anyways, the broker is claiming 2 Chainz won't pay the remaining balance on the vehicle.

So with that said, Highline Holdings Group is reportedly suing 2 Chainz for the rest of the balance, plus interest. It’s unknown when the purchase of the vehicle took place, so who knows how much “interest” were talking about here, but it’s probably a pretty penny to say the least.

This report comes just weeks after finding out that his latest album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, went gold, surpassing the 500,000 units sold mark since being released back in mid June.

Check out a picture of what the Rolls Royce Phantom drop head looks like (below). Although it’s not the same exact one as 2 Chainz’s, you get the point.

In other related news, 2 Chainz has been lending out a shit ton of features to other artists over the past couple months, including Lil Pump (“Iced Out”), Giggs (“Ultimate Gangsta”), Victor Oladipo (“Rope A Dope”), and Bebe Rexha’s “That’s It” with Gucci Mane to name a few. So if you're looking for some new music other than Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, we got you covered right here.
