Babyace Ray drops his second new song of 2023 so far.

Detroit rapper Babyface Ray doesn't waste much time between new releases. He's back with his second new single of 2023 already and it's a bop. His first single "Ron Artest" dropped back in February and featured 42 Dugg. Now he's back with another sports themed track in "All Star Team." While the song runs less than two minutes it still has an upbeat vibe and plenty of quotable bars. The accompanying music video perfectly captures its indulgence and excess.

It's unclear if the song is expected to land on a forthcoming album. Even if it doesn't, fans likely won't have to wait long to hear from Babyface Ray again. Aside from his own songs he's also made some guest appearances this year. First he showed up on the song "2 Million Up" with Peezy, Icewear Vezzo, and Skilla Baby. Then he guested on Only Tuesday's song "Fair Exchange."

Babyface Ray's Summer Bop

Babyface Ray's last project MOB dropped last year. The album featured contributions from Lil Durk, Blxst, Doe Boy, and more. He's continued dropping material often despite being arrested late last year on outstanding warrants after his car broke down. Either way, this new song could very well be an indication that something new is on the horizon. The Summer is a great time for new releases, and we could very well see that with Babyface Ray. At least that is what the fans are hoping for.

A few months ago Babyface Ray made headlines when he claimed social media had made 9 to 5 jobs "lame" as people try to put forth a fake lifestyle. Quotable Lyrics:

I'm standin' on the couch, smokin', throwin' gang signs
The vision gettin' clearer, in a different lane now
The Birkin's for the trauma, it just numb the pain now
You was in the back, but you do your thing, huh?
