Other performers include GloRilla, Vince Staples, Ski Mask The Slump God, Central Cee, and many more.

This year's Summer Smash Festival from Cole Bennett and the Lyrical Lemonade crew is shaping up to be potentially its best in its five years on the festival circuit. Moreover, the event will take place in Chicago's Seatgeek Stadium from June 23 through June 25 and will bring on a slew of exciting performers. For the headliners, we have Playboi Carti, Kid Cudi, and Future, which should provide an uniquely infectious atmosphere for each of their respective styles. Also, the festival will bring Vince Staples, GloRilla, Ski Mask The Slump God, Cordae, Lil Uzi Vert, and many more to the fray.

Not only that, but there's a joint set from Lil Pump and Smokepurrp plus a mystery special guest. For those interesting in copping some tickets, they're now onsite via the festival's official website. "The Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash presented by SPKRBX," they wrote in their Instagram announcement. "Tickets on sale at 12pm central on TheSummerSmash.com. See you in June CHICAGO." Given that many of these artists have been quite busy and successful on the festival circuit, it should make for yet another smash hit.

Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash 2023 Festival Lineup Announced

Last year, the festival included a lot of similar names, plus some headliners that unfortunately won't return for its 2023 rendition. Moreover, some of these names included Playboi Carti, Young Thug, Gunna, and Post Malone, who caught many people's eyes on the 60+ artist lineup. Other names slated to perform were Wiz Khalifa, Polo G, Lil Skies, Yeat, Rico Nasty, Flo Milli, 2 Chainz, Trippie Redd, and many more. With such a varied and subgenre-spanning lineup, it's no wonder that this year's eclectic bunch also lived up to expectations.

Meanwhile, Cole Bennett found incredible success through Lyrical Lemonade in music, festivals, videos- and now the sneaker game. Furthermore, his imprint collaborated on a few sneaker designs and colorways already, and his latest brings the collective to a classic. Last September, Nike and Lyrical Lemonade revealed their collaborative Air Force 1 Low, keeping it short an simple with a yellow swoosh on an all-white sneaker. However, the Lyrical Lemonade patch on it certainly sets it apart from the rest. Let us know who you're most excited to see during the 2023 Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash Festival in the comments down below. Gabriel Bras Nevares is a music and pop culture news writer for HotNewHipHop. He started in 2022 as a weekend writer and, since joining the team full-time, has developed a strong knowledge in hip-hop news and releases. Whether it’s regular coverage or occasional interviews and album reviews, he continues to search for the most relevant news for his audience and find the best new releases in the genre. What excites him the most is finding pop culture stories of interest, as well as a deeper passion for the art form of hip-hop and its contemporary output. Specifically, Gabriel enjoys the fringes of rap music: the experimental, boundary-pushing, and raw alternatives to the mainstream sound. As a proud native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, he also stays up-to-date with the archipelago’s local scene and its biggest musical exponents in reggaetón, salsa, indie, and beyond. Before working at HotNewHipHop, Gabriel produced multiple short documentaries, artist interviews, venue spotlights, and audio podcasts on a variety of genres and musical figures. Hardcore punk and Go-go music defined much of his coverage during his time at the George Washington University in D.C. His favorite hip-hop artists working today are Tyler, The Creator, Boldy James, JPEGMAFIA, and Earl Sweatshirt.
