Clippers center DeAndre Jordan was wheeling and dealing on the real estate market this week, landing a luxurious $5 million Malibu home on the same day he sold his $11.75 million Pacific Palisades mansion.
Although he's currently on contract for $87 million and can afford any mansion he wants in California, DeAndre decided to downsize to the 4,600 sq ft. beach pad and he isn't exactly roughing it.
The new spot, located in a private gated community, boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a guest suite, swimming pool, spa, and a movie theater.
