Despite Lil B’s notoriety for dropping an unfathomable volume of music, his Black Ken mixtape has never seen the light of day despite first getting artwork in 2010. He sent his Based God followers into a frenzy at the end of 2016 when he announced the Black Ken would finally be dropping. Now we have a more concrete idea of when “soon” really is.

In a tweet sent out Sunday morning, Lil B confirmed the album was still in the works and “should be ready next moth or 2.” He also calls it a “masterpiece for the world” and promises more artwork to go along with it.

Lil B has released one song from the mixtape already, “My House” produced by Metro Boomin. He’s previously dedicated the album to a slew of people in the hip hop industry, including Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Charles Hamilton, Iggy Azalea and Vince Staples.
