There's some new talent in the Billboard 200 this week, with PARTYNEXTDOOR, Rae Sremmurd, and Atmosphere all holding it down with debuts in the top 25. A little further down the chart, Lil Uzi Vert manages a debut at #68 with The Perfect Luv Tape, first released as a mixtape but slated for an iTunes drop as well. Netflix's soundtrack for their new series "The Get Down" also debuts this week way down at #186, containing songs by Jaden Smith, Miguel, Raury, Kamasi Washington, and more-- we'll have to see if it climbs up in the coming weeks as the shows gets consumed. ScHoolboy Q, Chance The Rapper, G-Eazy, The Weeknd, Gucci Mane, and Kanye West all charted in the top 50, but are not listed below.

1) Various Artists – Suicide Squad: The Album: For the second week in a row, the Suicide Squad soundtrack comes in at #1. Anchored by hits from Skrillex and Rick Ross, Twenty One Pilots, Lil Wayne, and more, the album moves 92,525 TAEU and 49,936 sales during its second week on the charts, holding off Drake once again.
2) Drake – VIEWS: Still, if Drake can't have #1 he's sure to keep #2 on lock. VIEWS spent about three months in the top spot, but has been shaken around ever so slightly by the likes of Blink-182, DJ Khaled, and now the Suicide Squad record. This time, Drizzy does 70,837 TAEU and 13,342 in pure sales as he continues to tour America with Future on the "Summer Sixteen" Tour (and stir up controversy along the way, which we don't see hurting these album sales).
3) PARTYNEXTDOOR – P3: OVO's got two spots back-to-back on the Billboard 200 this week. PARTYNEXTDOOR's new album P3 debuts at #3, right behind his label boss' album. PND's latest offering, is full of the smooth and sexy R&B stylings that have made him a staple in the scene these days. With 49,855 TAEU and 28,133 pure sales, it's clear that his popularity has transcended the internet and is translating into tangible success.
4) DJ Khaled – Major Key: Up one spot from last week is DJ Khaled at #6. Major Key is a star-studded album that earned Khaled his first #1 debut, and continues to stick in the top 10. Khaled tallies 33,560 TAEU and 10,692 pure sales during the album's third week on the charts. It'll be interesting to see this album's chart lifespan in comparison with his past non-#1-debuts.
5) Rae Sremmurd – SremmLife 2: Rae Sremmurd's SremmLife 2 wasn't able to make quite the samne splash as their debut, but it still debuted at a respectable #7. The duo's second studio album contained singles akin to the first though, with catchy hook that have helped propel it into top 10 status, including "By Chance" and "Look Alive." Their first week out, they managed to move 28,638 TAEU and 13,805 in physical copies.
6) Rihanna – ANTI: Rihanna's eighth studio album has been on the charts for 30 weeks now, and it's still hanging out in the top 10. This time around, ANTI comes in at #9, unmoved from last week's position, clocking 27,824 TAEU and 4,824 in pure sales as it continues to do "Work."
7) Beyonce – LEMONADE: Beyonce also remains in the same position as last week, with LEMONADE continuing to occupy #15. After peaking at #1 for just one week, the record continues to slip down the charts at a slow and steady pace. It's still doing numbers though, counting 18,387 TAEU and 12,446 in physical sales, during its 17th week on the charts.
8) Bryson Tiller – Trapsoul: After 47 weeks on the charts, Bryson Tiller's Trapsoul is still crushing it. Coming in at #19 this week, down just one spot, the Louisville native moves 16,064 TAEU and 3,789 in pure sales this time around.
9) Kevin Gates – ISLAH: Kevin Gates' ISLAH comes in at #21 this week, with 15,148 TAEU and 4,267 pure sales added to the LP's success. The Baton Rouge MC is currently on tour with Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg, playing huge venues on "The High Road Tour," not a bad look to get in some extra sales for ISLAH.
10) Atmosphere – Fishing Blues: Atmosphere's legendary run in the hip hop game is still going strong. Debuting with a brand new album at #22, the independent MidWest duo prove that they still have creative juice in the tank with Fishing Blues. The record comes in with 15,061 TAEU and 13,845 pure sales during its first week on the charts.

There's a new #1 track on the Hot 100 this week: The Chainsmokers and Halsey have displaced Sia and Sean Paul with their collaboration "Closer." Drake's "One Dance" falls a few spots to #7, and Rihanna's "Needed Me" leaves the top 10 after slipping to #11. A little (or perhaps a lot) further down the Hot 100, and you'll see a bunch of familiar hip-hop songs, like Rae Sremmurd's "Look Alive" at #76, Young Thug, Travis Scott and Quavo debut at #90 with "Pick Up The Phone," Lil Uzi Vert's "You Was Right" drops one spot to #92, Lil Yachty's "1 Night" comes in at #94, and DJ Drama's single "Wishing" with Chris Brown and Skeme makes a debut at #95.
