HNHH's weekly round-up of our favorite tracks of the week.

It often takes a blast of exciting new music to really get oneself into the groove of summer, a season in which no Friday night should be squandered. Earlier today, the site experienced an invasion from DJ Esco and Future's Project E.T., and it's looking like Summer Sixteen, as was the case with Fifteen, will be theirs for the taking. You can add the new 16-track project to your personal libraries by going here, and for those of you wondering what kinds of sounds were simmering in the June heat before the planet was hit with Project E.T., then our Staff Picks playlist should provide the means to experience much of what is hot and new in the world of hip-hop.

This week, the cool, breezy weekend vibes set in right away, starting with Miguel's new slice of Cali romance and then The Game and Jeremih's Scott Storch-produced poolside slow jam. Listeners are then immersed in the dreamy melodies of PnB Rock and Lil Yachty, before the trap sauce begins to take effect, with new jams from Hoodrich Pablo and ATL newcomer Lil Aaron. The wrist flipping continues with...Logic? That's right, with an unexpectedly awesome collab with King Push.

The playlist ends with the fiery trap 'n' B of THEY., an impressive show of West Coast lyricism from Nipsey and Mozzy, and lastly, a tranquil breath of fresh air from two young Philly talents.

See who picked what below, and let us know if you enjoyed this week's installment.

Angus Walker: Lil Yachty "Check Up"; Hoodrich Pablo Juan "How I Feel"

Daniel Schwartz: Miguel "Come Through and Chill"; The Game feat. Jeremih "All Eyez"

Carver Low: Kur "No Matter What"; Nipsey Hussle feat. Mozzy "Ain't Hard Enough"

Rose Lilah: Lil Aaron feat. iLoveMakonnen "Prolly"; THEY. "Say When"

Trevor Smith: PnB Rock "Selfish"
