Miguel is now being sued for landing atop a fan during his Billboard Music Awards performance two years ago.

Miguel's leg-drop incident at the Billboard Music Awards two years back quickly went viral and became fodder for memes everywhere. While the memes have since died down, that image of Miguel crash-landing on top of his fans is still burned into our retinas.

In 2013, we reported on how one of the leg-drop victims was considering a lawsuit, however nothing transpired from that. Now, a different girl who was also a leg-drop victim has lawyered up and is indeed suing Miguel.

The victim, Cindy Tsai, claims to have taken most of the impact from Miguel's fall, as he landed on her head. Tsai is not only suing Miguel, but the MGM Grand as well (where the event took place), for negligence. She is seeking "damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering."

We'll keep you posted as the suit unfolds.
