COMME Des Garcons x Jordan 1

The high fashion streetwear brand is teaming up with Jordan.

Paris Fashion Week has been the quintessential place so far this year to show off new clothes and some hot new sneaker collabs. We've seen Undercover Nike's, Off-White Bapestas, and now we're getting a look at something we're not sure anyone saw coming, a COMME Des Garcons Jordan 1.

COMME Des Garcons is known for collaborating with brands like Supreme and Nike in the past. Of course, COMME Des Garcons Vapormax and Air Max's have had sneakerheads chomping at the bit to cop. Now, the brand is expanding its relationship with Nike by pairing up with Jordan Brand, giving their take on the classic Jordan 1 silhouette.

As seen from the picture above, this is very much a punk rock take on a Jordan. The sneaker is all black leather, with an extended tongue and cuff that goes higher up the ankle. There are also belt buckle straps around the tongue, as well as some metal accessories.

So far we can't see any COMME Des Garcons branding but when better pictures become available, that may change. Just like the other sneakers shown off this week, there is no price or release date associated with these, so be sure to stay tuned for any updates.
