Amber Rose has always been for women having equal rights. We can take her annual Slut Walk as a prime example of her efforts to support slut-shaming and the social injustices woman face. When the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal broke, Amber sent a message to Khloe Kardashian saying: "I know we've had our differences in the past but my heart is broken for you sis SMH. No one deserves to feel that pain, especially during such a sensitive time. God bless you and your baby."
TMZ recently caught up with Amber and asked her about the #MeToo movement, with the cameraman alledging that she seemed "disturbed" by the campaign. "Every woman deserves justice, is what I said," she clarifies in the video below. "I just feel like a Black woman started it and then she just didn't get the recognition that she deserved and then it just became about rich white women. Although they deserve justice as well just like every other woman - um just don't leave us out, that's all I'm saying."
Tarana Burke started the #MeToo movement over a decade ago. The campaign really took off in October of 2017 with the use of the hashtag after numerous cases and allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace and Hollywood became public knowledge.
