Russell Simmons wants the judge to drop the case by Jane Doe.

Last month a Jane Doe came forward suing Russell Simmons for allegedly raping her and threatening her son. Jane claims that years ago, she was at a concert with her elementary school-aged son and met Russell. The former Def Jam mogul invited her to a party to a hotel that she and Russell attended after dropping her son off at home. Russell reportedly had to "get something" in his hotel room and once they got there he closed the door and said, "I'm going to f**k you."

When she declined Russel reportedly followed up with "I am going to f**k you or I'm going to f**k your son. You decide." Jane said he then pushed her on the bed and raped her.

TMZ reports that Russell and his team have finally followed up on the case, where Jane is asking for $10 million, saying it's an attempt "to extort large sums of money from Mr. Simmons and for her lawyer to try to make a name for himself." Russell calls the case "a work of pure fiction." The publication notes that Russell has also noted that her claims of the attack happened in 1988 and the statute of limitations has run out.

Russell is asking the judge to dismiss the case and continues to deny all past accusations of assault.
