Reports say Simmons is accused of threatening a woman's son and rape.

Over the past few months, Russell Simmons has been facing a lot of accusations from several women over rape and sexual assault. While he's already facing lawsuits for the alleged acts, he has another one he has to face in court.

Russell Simmons is being sued for rape as well as allegedly threatening the victim's child, TMZ reports. The woman, who's named as Jane Doe in the suit, says that she took her son, who was in elementary school at the time, to a concert where they ended up meeting Simmons. He ended up asking them if they'd like to go backstage and meet the headliner which they accepted.

In the report, she says Simmons invited her to a party at the Clarion Hotel in L.A. where they ultimately ended up at after she dropped her son off. Simmons then allegedly told her that he needed to "get something" in the hotel room. However, once she got there, he reportedly closed the door and told her, "I'm going to f**k you."

After she declined, Simmons then allegedly said, ""I am going to f**k you or I'm going to f**k your son. You decide." The suit says he then threw her on the bed and proceeded to rape her. She claims that there was at least one person who saw her leave Simmons' hotel room in tears.

They report that Jane Doe is now suing Simmons for at least $10M.
