XXXTentacion's "SAD!" is still doing giant streaming numbers.

Ever since XXXTentacion's untimely death, the music community has been mourning in their own ways. One of the most common has been to binge-listen to his albums as a sort of goodbye message. While the man behind the art may no longer be with us, his music will live on forever, leaving behind a beautiful gift to his most valued fans. When he was murdered, his album ? skyrocketed to the top of the charts and his hit song "SAD!" garnered him his first-ever No. 1 song. Of course, as his most popular song, it's the record that most people will identify with him so they gravitate towards it.

While his fans from further back may be more familiar with "Look At Me!," "SAD!" has still been racking up streams, being certified triple platinum today. The news was announced by Chart Data, an account run by music insiders who have access to sales calculations. As one of the leaders of the new wave, X had so much untapped potential and we may never hear what exactly he was working on. At the time of his passing, the recording artist was working on two albums: Skins and Bad Vibes Forever. The plans for a posthumous release are currently unclear but it's likely that the singer's estate will control the destiny of his unfinished work.

We've already heard a posthumous verse from XXXTentacion on Trippie Redd's "Ghost Busters." Over a month since his passing, it's still RIP X.
