Well, it was only a matter of time.
Posting to his official Instagram page, Young Thug shared a snapshot of him and famed Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker sharing some studio, presumably laying down some material for a future collaboration. You can check out the full upload below.
Clad in a simple black and white outfit, the Beautiful Thugger Girls rapper posed in front of the main console next to Barker, who is sporting a shirt with the phrase "Minor Threat" on the front, his forearms displaying the many tattoos he's accumulated over the years to the camera. At the time of this writing, there's no telling what their collaboration might entail or when such a studio effort will be released. The only thing for sure is that fans of both artists will surely be on pins and needles waiting for any official word on when or where they might be able to hear some new music from this cross-genre duo.
It shouldn't be a surprise to see Barker and Thugger in the studio together, since the two have been fans of each other's for a long time. Not long ago, we reported on how Young Thug was ecstatic that the Blink band member caught one of his live shows, sharing his jubilation on Twitter.
