With the combo of both their names working so perfectly together, the two just had to link up to provide us with one of the most anticipated R&B albums of the year. Both Jeremih and Ty Dolla are heavy hitters in the industry, going vastly underrated for their work and if "The Light" tells us anything about the upcoming album, MihTy could end up on a lot of people's year-end lists.
The duo's sultry anthem was released in June and HNHH readers enjoyed the sound of it, rating it at 89% overall. Teasing more drops coming soon, the video for "The Light" appeared on a MihTy-branded YouTube channel. With it being the sole upload to the page, fans are looking forward to the possibility of more collabs between the two. With some impressive features already announced for the project in Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, and others, the album could not come soon enough.
If you were expecting a sexy video to correspond with Ty's "let's have sex" lyrics, you were incorrect as Mih and Ty hit up the roller rink to have some fun on respective dates, presumably before getting down to business as stated in the song's lyrics. Plenty of dancers and a generally fun atmosphere keep the video lively, bringing cool summer vibes to the table.
