The man pleaded guilty to a charge of an act outraging public decency but will have to return to court for another charge of sexual assault by touching.

While Gunna was running through the hits in the UK, a man was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman in the crowd. Per local reports, Glendon Marshall has pleaded guilty to a charge of committing an act outraging public decency related to an incident at the O2 arena on the night that Gunna performed.

The guilty plea relates to a charge following an incident at the venue after a woman claimed that he ejaculated on her leg. She claimed that Marshall approached her from behind before the act. Marshall is also facing a second charge of sexual assault by touching, though he hasn’t entered a plea on that count yet. He will have to return to court later this month.

Per All Hip Hop, the victim’s Instagram page was filled with excitement for the opportunity to see Gunna in the flesh. “I’ve been waiting years to see Gunna perform, and people that know me know how much I love him,” she wrote. Unfortunately, the evening took a turn when Marshall approached her. She later detailed her distress from the incident and later shared video of Marshall being hauled off by authorities.

The authorities revealed that it was the managers of the venue who called police to the scene once staff detained Marshall. “Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our guests and we are assisting with their inquiries,” a spokesperson for O2 said after the incident.

Gunna’s tour date in London was part of the Wun World tour, which included two performances in Britain as part of the European leg.

We will keep you on any further updates surrounding this case.
