John Legend handed the keys to Pharrell Williams, and Muse is the result. The 16-track album is produced in full by Pharrell, who also co-wrote it and appears on six songs, including the title track. The pair started recording in Paris in January 2025 at Pharrell's studio inside Louis Vuitton's headquarters, and per Apple Music, the spark was Legend singing the chorus on Clipse's "The Birds Don't Sing." Speaking of Clipse, Pusha T and Malice show up here too, on "Bodies On The Floor." Legend has been clear about the vision. His lead single "Daylight" arrived September 8, and "Pray For Ya" already got a runway debut, soundtracking Louis Vuitton's FW26 men's show. For an artist who has been doing this for two decades, it's a real swing, and it's their first full project together. There's something for everyone on this project.
