Pooh Shiesty's attorneys plans ot take action.

Pooh Shiesty remains behind bars as he awaits trial for allegedly holding Gucci Mane at gunpoint, but his attorneys argue that he’s facing major psychological risks as he’s placed in 23-hour isolation. According to Billboard, his legal team plans to challenge the decision to place him in solitary confinement.

Pooh’s attorneys explained how their client has suffered greatly because he’s in solitary confinement. In their filing, they detail how he's had to deal with increased anxiety, poor sleeping habits, and that the current situation maintains a limitation on family visits. “Mr. Williams reports that the isolation is adversely affecting his mental health,” the attorneys wrote in their briefing. They also mentioned the inaccuracies in why the staff placed him under 23-hour isolation. Apparently, it’s for safety measures, yet they never disclosed what exactly the threat was to begin with.

Pooh Shiesty's Arrest

The situation stems from the alleged robbery of Gucci Mane earlier this year. Prosecutors said they have video that allegedly shows Gucci Mane being demanded to drop Pooh Shiesty from his label at gunpoint. Pooh Shiesty, along with his dad and Big30, were among the nine men arrested for the alleged incident.

Big30 was later released from custody but over the weekend, he shared a message of solidarity with Pooh Shiesty. “As we fight this case together, we still got all the club venues and arenas going crazy I’m on house arrest you in a cell they going crazy like we present… Never give up on us we God favorite,” he wrote alongside a photo of the two of them.

Meanwhile, Gucci Mane just dropped off his new project, Against On Odds, over the weekend, which contains a handful of shots at his former 1017 signees, including Pooh Shiesty. Earlier this year, Gucci also released “Crash Dummy” in response to the incident where he also threw shade at Pooh.
