He’s made major strides in his career with the launch of VIVET, which seemingly earned Kanye West’s stamp of approval, but he’s also been caught up in plenty of controversy. There’s the Clover Boyz breakup has placed him at the center of grooming allegations, which he has since denied. Then, there’s his breakup with Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah earlier this year. Their split caused a massive rift online as rumors of infidelity quickly spread across the timeline.
Although the two have seemingly made amends, Gigi also became the subject of pregnancy rumors. In a new vlog that saw her with Kai at ComplexCon, TikTokers began to theorize that she might actually be pregnant with the streamer’s child. She quickly debunked these rumors in a comment, writing, “I am not pregnant and Ive also not been in a relationship for abt a year can we stop with these narratives.”
The speculation that Kai and Gigi got back together isn’t new. She was spotted with Kai during the VIVET runway premiere just last month, while North West appeared to confirm that the couple is together.

This isn’t the first time in the last few weeks that Kai’s been at the center of pregnancy rumors, either. Future’s ex, Gorgeous Doll, recently went online and alleged that Kai offered to pay her $200K to abort her pregnancy. The claims weren’t verified, and Kai hasn’t addressed anything. However, she later issued an apology for airing out their business.
What’s even weirder is that just a few weeks prior to that, Kai found himself in an odd predicament when a woman pulled up on him to claim that he’s the father of her 2-year-old daughter.
Despite the recent string of controversies, Kai Cenat has continued his momentum in both fashion and in the streaming world.
