Ovrkast. expands his catalog with STRIKING, a 12-track album that follows 2025’s While The Iron Is Hot. The Oakland rapper and producer brings several collaborators into the project, including Joey Bada$$, MAVI, Samara Cyn, Niontay, and Ant Bankx. “KNOCK,” featuring MAVI and Samara Cyn, arrived ahead of the album and offered an early look at its guest lineup. In recent news, Ovrkast.'s name has been circulating due to the legal dispute with OutKast over his stage name. However, as this new project arrives, he's giving fans a different topic to add to the conversation. The release also follows his production work on Drake’s “Make Them Pay.” STRIKING puts the focus back on Ovrkast.’s own music, with a full-length project built around his writing and production.
