The "ICEMAN" single now beats "Hotline Bling" as his longest running #1 song on the Hot Rap Songs chart.

There’s really not another rapper who’s had a grip on 2026 like Drake. His major comeback after the 2024 rap feud with Kendrick Lamar was marked by three new projects distinctly different from each other, which debuted in the top three spots of the Billboard 200. However, the record-breaking streak doesn’t end there. Most recently, he broke his own record with “Janice STFU” on the Hot Rap Songs chart.

Per Billboard, “Janice STFU” has now spent 19 weeks at #1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart, breaking his tie with “Hotline Bling,” which spent 18 weeks in the top position. The report said that between September 18th and 24th, the song generated 9 million official streams and 15.7M in airplay audience, along with a small number of track sales.

“Janice STFU” now ties with Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow’s “Industry Baby” collab as the fourth-longest-running #1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart, behind Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” (47 weeks), “Not Like Us” (26 weeks),” and Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” ft. Billy Ray Cyrus (20).

Drake's Habibti (FOMO) Drops Tonight

Perhaps it’s safe to say that “Janice STFU” holds the crown as the 2026 song of the summer since it hasn’t budged from the top spot on the Hot Rap Songs chart since it debuted earlier this year. Frankly, it seems like it's bound to top everyone's year-end list at this pace.

Evidently, the momentum won’t be slowing down anytime soon since Drake will be dropping off Habibti (FOMO) tonight, boasting four new songs that he debuted on his FOMO stream two weeks ago. Moreover, he announced that he’s planning a tour, which we can assume will kick off sometime in 2027.
