The possibility of a lawsuit appears to have done the opposite of silencing Adam22. After Chrisean Rock reportedly threatened legal action over comments he made about her parenting, the No Jumper founder returned to social media with another video defending his remarks. He then openly welcomed the discovery process if she decides to take him to court.
His criticism began during Wednesday’s episode of The Jason Lee Show, where the conversation turned to Rock and her son, Chrisean Jr. Adam called her “the scum of the earth” and said he believed she belonged in prison, accusing her of drinking and using drugs while pregnant. He also claimed the child has fetal alcohol syndrome. That diagnosis has never been publicly confirmed.
Scrutiny of Rock’s pregnancy did not begin with Adam. TMZ reported in 2023 on footage from Crazy in Love that showed her smoking while pregnant. Blueface later accused her of drinking during the pregnancy as well. Those incidents have remained part of the criticism surrounding Rock’s parenting since Chrisean Jr. was born.

The Legal Threat Only Made Adam22 Dig In
Rather than retract anything after word of possible legal action circulated, Adam argued that a lawsuit would give him access to evidence he wants to see. On X, he reposted his response video and wrote, “If she sues me I get to do discovery right? I want to search her texts for ‘Hennessy’ and ‘Zaza’ during her pregnancy plus get access to all her medical records related to her pregnancy.”
Rock has repeatedly rejected public attempts to diagnose her son. During an August appearance on The Jason Lee Show, she said he has “no diagnoses or no illnesses” and explained that he is receiving therapy while developing on his own timeline. Rock also said she believes he will “outgrow” the challenges viewers have noticed. Earlier this year, she similarly told The Danza Project that her son was developing at his own pace, according to Complex.
That has not stopped discussion of the child’s development from becoming a recurring feature of Rock’s online life. Her decision to regularly put Chrisean Jr. on camera has given strangers constant material to dissect, but social media observation is not a medical diagnosis.
