Clavicular is facing serious charges; according to TMZ, the influencer has been charged with rap, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor. The alleged victim in the case is reportedly Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who previously filed a civil lawsuit against the looksmaxxer.
As TMZ reports, Mendoza filed the civil lawsuit a few weeks ago, with her allegations stemming from an alleged incident in May of 2025. Mendoza claims Clavicular had paid her $1000 to be the female face of looksmaxxing. At the time, she was just 16 years old.
Mendoza also alleges that Clavicular got her drunk at a home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, before eventually having sex with her. She also says she woke up to him having sex with her, despite not providing consent.
The influencer's representative believes this is a shakedown. "She filed a lawsuit and doesn’t include sexual assault as a count. She then amends it and adds it a couple of months later," they said in a statement to TMZ.
Clavicular Hit With Serious Charges
Previously, Clavicular's attorney Steve Kramer spoke out about the lawsuit.
"We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters [Clavicular]," he said. "These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time."
