6ix9ine has decided to become an analyst for the Lil Durk murder-for-hire trial. This should not come as a surprise to anyone. After all, Durk called 6ix9ine a rat when Tekashi was going through his RICO trial back in 2019.
The rainbow-haired rapper loves to call people out for their alleged hypocrisy, and that is what he has been doing with Durk. On Monday, there was a narrative going around that Durk was snitching on OTF Vonni. People like Wack 100 have explained why this is not actually the case. However, 6ix9ine has decided to run with the narrative anyway.
Lawyer Moe Gangat is known for covering criminal trials involving rappers. When the Lil Durk snitching narrative started, he was quick to dispel it. Effectively, he told people to avoid listening to bad faith actors like 6ix9ine, who are pushing an agenda. Tekashi didn't like that, and he took aim at Gangat on social media Tuesday.
"Stop listening to this ni**a right here," 6ix9ine said. "This ni**a is not a lawyer. He gets everything wrong...I want you to know. This ni**a follows rappers around for free. He books his own hotel, transportation, flight. Nobody pays him to do this coverage. He does this for free, for fame, for clout."
6ix9ine & Moe Gangat Go Back And Forth
According to XXL, Gangat was quick to respond to 6ix9ine. Moreover, when you dig into his background, it becomes clear that he has a law degree from Georgetown and has been in the profession for over a decade.
"This page is not into the gossip and the rumors," Gangat replied. "As you remember, we covered your case. And we covered how you had a lot of defenses, and there was very little evidence against you. And then we heard how you snitched and cooperated."
6ix9ine has never been someone who cares about these finer details. All he cares about is coming out on top. There is nothing in the world that will change his mind.
