Blueface has turned into a full-time streamer. It's an interesting pivot from the artist, albeit not a surprising one when you look at the current climate for this kind of stuff.
Even artists like Soulja Boy and DDG have turned to streaming. Music is not as lucrative as it once was. Fighting for attention on DSPs has become a chore, and there is a lot more potential to flop. However, for someone like Blueface, who is all about the antics, streaming is just the natural progression of his media career.
Recently, he took to social media to reveal his weekly streaming earnings. At the time, he was making $25K per week, which amounts to over $1.2 million per year.
However, in just the span of a few days, Blueface's streams have taken off, and he is making almost double. His latest video showcases weekly streaming earnings of $45K.

These earnings include ads, subscriptions, and partnerships. Fans are flocking to his streams, and it's resulting in lots of money. It also helps that Kick's payouts are seemingly a lot more generous than Twitch's. This is mostly due to Kick looking to incentivize creators to join their platform.
Over the weekend, Blueface went viral on Kick after being pulled over due to an equipment violation. His car was subsequently searched for contraband as one of the people in the car was on probation.
He has also been going on various dates with Chrisean Rock, which has led to further interest in his live broadcasts. Clearly, he has gamed the system, and he won't be looking back anytime soon.
