Before OVO took over the remainder of the night with a surprise label showcase, Yo Gotti warmed up the crowd with the biggest hit of his career, as well as one of the biggest rap hits of the past few months: "Down in the DM." The song has blown up due to its relevancy across a few social media platforms -- and their capacity for illicit means of communication. Gotti got the crowd ready to get down by asking them to get out their cellphones and telling them to "Snapchat me that pussy!"

Yo Gotti's new album The Art of Hustle features Lil Wayne, Future, 2 Chainz, & Timbaland. But one could quite easily argue the best feature on the album is Pusha T, for his verse on "Hunnid." As great as "Hunnid" is, its music video may be even better.

CMG artist Blac Youngsta was recently in the news after he was arrested following an alleged $200,000 withdrawal from Wells Fargo bank in Atlanta. There's been a lot of confusion since, with the bank at one point suggesting the rapper didn't even have an account with them, to which Youngsta responded with what appeared to be proof that he did.

"Down in the DM" has been one of the biggest rap songs of the past couple of months -- and certainly the biggest of Yo Gotti's career. Earlier today, the CMG boss unveiled the official remix, which was done justice with a couple of thirst-trapping verses from Nicki Minaj, and now it's time for the official video.

Yo Gotti had a stellar latter half to 2015, dropping two mixtapes, The Return and Any Hood America. The former provided a few more hits, starting with "Down in the DM," which has proven to be the biggest track of Gotti's career. The Return also contained a collab with Fetty Wap, "Tell Me," that boasts surprisingly poppy production from Zaytoven. It's surprising "Tell Me" hasn't quite followed the success of "Down in the DM" yet, but the new video should take it to new heights.

Yo Gotti is still cruising off the success of his surprise smash, "Down In The DM," but he's making sure to keep the new music coming anyway. Today, he shares the video for "Legendary," a track from his new CM8 mixtape, and the feel of this one is not too far off from "DM," using a very ambient synth sound that keeps the energy low and creepy. If this is a new lane for Gotti, we're here for it. Hopefully this one can follow-up "DM" in a big way. Think it could be a hit? Let us know in the comments below.
