The rapper tapped jeweler Elliot Avianne for the piece.
This week, Travis Scott celebrated Kylie Jenner's 20th birthday, surprising the youngest of the Kardashian sisters with an impressionable piece of ice.
He first revealed the chain in a Snapchat video, displaying its butterfly design (a presumed nod to his "Butterfly Effect" track) and now, TMZ reports that the Houston-bred emcee dished out $60,000 on the present.
According to sources, Trav hit up jeweler Elliot Avianne two weeks in advance to have the necklace created, crafted with 28 carats of VVS diamonds.
In addition to the jewelry, Scott seemingly looked towards Kanye West for inspiration after setting up a live orchestra for Jenner as well, identical to Kanye West's gesture for Kim Kardashian on Mother's Day.
The two also stepped out alongside Khloe Kardashian and NBA player Tristan Thompson for a night out at the movies in a rather low-key contrast to Scott's previous offerings.
In related news, Travis has just wrapped up his run alongside Kendrick Lamar on the latter's DAMN. tour, and is currently preparing himself for new projects which include his solo AstroWorld project and the highly-anticipated collaboration album that he has on the horizon with Migos' Quavo.
He tweeted out that he was officially in "album mode" and even said in a video that he'd be hidden for a while as he gets ready to unleash his latest.
