Odd Future's Tyler the Creator has provided more details on his run-in with Los Angeles police yesterday (May 10) claiming he was briefly detained, not arrested.



While initial speculation suggested he was arrested, Tyler said he was temporarily held for disturbing the peace while promoting his new Goblin album.



    "And F*ck Those Cops. Had Us In Cuffs For No Reason, Didn't Do Sh*t. "Disturbing The Peace, Loitering And Skating Pass A Cop" What The F*ck?," he tweeted Wednesday (May 11).

Odd Future took their traveling promotional run in support of Tyler, The Creator's new sophomore album, 'Goblin,' to Hot 97's 'Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg' morning show today (May 13). During the lively and expletive-filled interview, Tyler answered questions about his beef with Atlanta rapper B.o.B. and stressed that you shouldn't take his every word as gospel.

Odd Future's Tyler the Creator has shared his reaction to his Goblin sophomore album debuting on the sales chart with over 45,000 sold records in its first-week.



Writing on his Twitter page, Tyler thanked fans in his own, unique way.



    "TO ALL YOU F*CKING PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT GOBLIN THANK YOU SO FUCKING MUCH EAT A D*CK!!!!!!!!!!!!," he tweeted Wednesday (May 18).

Tyler, The Creator announced the name of his upcoming album, "Wolf", set to be released in May 2012. He recently spoke to Spin on it, and it seems he will be going in a different direction with his music on this album.

The OFWGKTA rapper, Tyler, The Creator, was arrested in Los Angeles, California yesterday for vandilisim, according to a rep from the County Sherriff's department.

On Thursday night, December 22nd, Tyler had a performance with the Odd Future crew at the Roxy Theater. According to TMZ, Tyler trashed the sound equipement at the Roxy and the staff there contacted the police about it.

 Tyler, the Creator, who was recently arrested on susipicions of vandalism spoke to the Fader on his Photography book, Odd Future & wanting to be in a rock band. Read excerpts below.

So the rumour is that Earl Sweatshirt, a member of Odd Future, is back home from a reform school in Samoa. A new twitter account appeared, apparently his, @earlxsweat.

Tyler, The Creator, tweeted, "Oh. Thebe has... I mean Earl Has A Twitter @earlxsweat."

Earl Sweatshirt's first tweet was simply "Home," and then "nigga need followers. give me 50,000 and i’ll release this shit for everybody."
