We have good news for all you serious Stranger Things fans who possibly believed a rumour going around about the upcoming season three. Reports were circling the web that series creators, The Duffer Brothers, would be leaving the Netflix original after the upcoming season.

It seems as though Moviefone got the lies running after they posted an article titled, "Stranger Things Season 3 Will Be the Duffer Brothers' Last." The publication claimed they got the information from "a source with knowledge of the production."

Netflix and the brothers got word of the 'news' - that would be very tragic to the series going forward - and sent out a tweet saying, "Don't drop your Eggos. Rumors that the Duffer Bros are leaving Stranger Things after season 3 are false."
