Lil Yachty & Young Thug live the rockstar life in the video for "On Me."

Quality Control has been a dominant label in hip hop. Their roster already has two of the biggest names in hip hop with Migos and Lil Yachty and are continuing to build. The label has played a serious role in Atlanta's come up. This year, they've really been glowing up. Now, they're gearing up to drop the Quality Control Music compilation album. Migos' "Too Hotty" was the project's introductory single. Last week, they unleashed "On Me," which featured Young Thug and Lil Yachty. A week after the single dropped, they're back with the video for the song.

The video for "On Me" features both Yachty and Young Thug in grainy footage that makes it look like they've been shipped back in time. The two rappers booked out a room in the Ace Hotel in New York City and let loose for the video. The video captures Yachty and Thug just having fun and getting into debauchery. It almost resembles what you'd think the Rolling Stones or Jimi Hendrix would be living like in the 70's while on tour. The video was directed by Liam Macrae, who has done some extensive work with Drake and the OVO team. Most recently, he shot Los Angeles OVO Store commercial that features the same sort of grainy filter as seen in the video for "On Me." He also shot the video for PartyNextDoor's "Recognize" and "Break From Toronto."

In other Lil Yachty related news, it seems like he's gearing up to drop Lil Boat 2. He announced the project in late August and has been teasing music off of it for the past few weeks. Most recently, he performed a new song off the project that features Lil Pump. While there's no release date for the project, it's looking like it could possibly drop at the top of 2018 if not sooner.
