Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, arrives for his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

Lil Reese questions Akademik's defense of 6ix9ine.

Throughout the year, 6ix9ine used his impressive trolling abilities to get under the skin of many individuals including several rappers in Chicago. After the rapper was transferred to a new prison facility known for housing witnesses who've worked with the feds, Lil Reese took a few shots at the Brooklyn rapper, suggesting 6ix9ine is a rat.

Lil Reese took to Instagram earlier to throw a bit of shade at both Akademiks and Tekashi 6ix9ine. Ak and 6ix9ine have formed a "bromance," if you will, over the past year and typically, the Internet personality is the first person to break news on the "FEFE" rapper (i.e. DUMMY BOY's postponement). Lil Reese shared a screenshot of TMZ's headline which reads, "Tekashi 6ix9ine transferred to new facility... used for witnesses who cut deals."

"akadmiks so yo mans still not no rat huh," Reese captioned the photo along with four crying emojis.

Following Reese's post, a video of 6ix9ine allegedly ordering a hit on Chief Keef's cousin, Tadoe, surfaced on the internet. In the video, the rapper is seen on FaceTime with Tadoe before suggesting to his boys that he has $30K cash on the Chicago rapper's head.

6ix9ine was expected to drop his project, DUMMY BOY today, which was ultimately postponed in light of his recent legal issues. The album was pushed back until "further notice." Hopefully, once everything settles with 6ix9ine, we could finally hear the project in its entirety.
