Lecrae made history earlier this year, when he became the first rapper to win a Grammy for best gospel album. Now he's announced a brand new mixtape, which will be a sequel to 2012's Church Clothes.
Church Clothes 2 will be hosted by DJ Don Cannon, and will feature guest appearances from B.o.B, Paul Wall, Novel, Kevin Ross, Crystal Nicole, King Mez, Derek Minor, and Tedashii. Production for the project will include work by Boi-1da, David Banner, ThaInnaCircle, Dirty Rice, Thyshane and more.
“I’m so excited to share Church Clothes 2 with the people as we have gotten more creative and the music is amazing,” said Lecrae in a statement. “The mixtape has definitely gone to another level, I have grown as an artist with all my experiences and I wanted to share that with my fans.”
Look out for the tape on November 7th.
