Drake's "God's Plan" is poised to be the first song since Adele's "Hello" to spend its first five weeks at number 1.

For a minute, it seemed as though Post Malone's "Psycho" may be debuting at the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 this week. Without fail, Drake came through to tarnish the good vibes for Posty, as reports are projecting that he will post a fifth week atop the Billboard list, no pun intended. Drake has seen tremendous success with the "God's Plan" song and the video alike, both garnering impressive figures since it was released on the Scary Hours EP. This feat is not to go unnoticed though, as the single is now the first to chart at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for its first five weeks since Adele's "Hello."

The news was tweeted out by two of the track's producers, Cardo and Boi-1da, who are both equally honored, grateful and blessed for the song's run at the top. Cardo's caption reads, "Moments like theses [sic] are hard to come by so therefore I’m grateful and gonna celebrate every time. #GodsPlan" while Boi-1da kept it at a simple "Blessed... Thank You." The two, along with Drake's go-to guy 40 came through with an absolute smash, rivaling pop singer Adele's streak at the top as it doesn't appear to be ending soon.

"God's Plan" will spend at least one more week at the top of the charts, but how long do you think the streak will last? Drake's W column is stacked at this point, and, as one of the best in the game right now, he has everything to lose, which could be the reason for him going extra hard to maintain the success he is used to.
