Back in September, Daz Dillinger was busted for marijuana possession after police found a total of 117 grams of weed as well as THC pods, oil, a vaporizer and a container of purple liquid labeled "Cannabis Lean" at his home outside of Atlanta. The "Stay Out The Way" rapper was being held on twelve counts of possession of a controlled substance as well as a single count of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana.
TMZ now reports that Daz has been indicted on two felony drug charges and faces up to 25 years behind bars. Although the sentence sounds steep, prosecutors have already dropped the other 11 charges and decided to just pursue the two.
Despite the harsh reality of his sentencing that just revolves around marijuana (that's legal in more than 10 states) Daz seems to be in good spirits and was hanging with Jermaine Dupri, Lil Duval, and Snoop Dogg last night at a vegan truck in North Atlanta.

Just a couple days before Daz got booked, he sent out some harsh words to Kanye West regarding his wife Kim Kardashian. "Kanye West: fuck you and your b-tch. That b-tch sucked so much d-ck. She probably ain't sucking your d-ck because you be on one," he said in a video.
