Reeling in some inspiration from Chris Brown’s Heartbreak On A Full Moon, Sammie has decided to drop off a cover to Chris Brown’s “Tempo” track. While he stays true to the original chorus, Sammie offers a change of pace on the verses as he offers up his own suggestive words: “I’ma take you down so right / I’ma hit that cake tonight / I don’t get tired, my tongue don’t get tired / My face you can ride, ride tonight.”
Last year, Sammie dropped off his Coming Of Age album—a solid 13-track offering of the crooner’s own original selections. You’ll quickly find that “Tempo” is not much of a deviation from his own formula as lady-friendly R&B takes fall under his level of expertise.
