The wedding took place on June 9. Eminem walked his daughter down the aisle during the ceremony. Alaina, whom Eminem affectionately calls "Lainey," tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Matt Moller. Hailie Jade Scott, Alaina's younger sister, even participated as a bridesmaid. Alaina expressed her joy on Instagram about the event. "June 9, 2023, simply one of the best days of my life," she wrote. "In this lifetime and in the next, my soul will always find yours."
