Maryland Cops Caught On Video Macing 15-Year-Old Girl While Handcuffed

Video footage has been released of a 15-year-old bi-racial girl being pepper sprayed by several white police officers, as the girl is handcuffed in the back of their squad car. The girl who remains unnamed had been involved in an accident with a vehicle (she was on her bike), and according to police, was refusing to comply with their request to take her to the station.

The video, which clearly shows the girl in shock and suffering from anxiety, was released on the Facebook page of the girl's lawyer, and has since gone viral. It has been reported that the girl was found to have weed in her pocket, and is being charged by police with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a traffic device and marijuana possession.
