In a tradition established in 2015, Michelle Obama will give her final address as First Lady of the United States today as the closing remarks of the 2017 School Counselor of the Year event at the White House. The speech will center on education, but Michelle Obama will likely make mention of the fact that she'll be leaving the white house shortly.
