And it's what we'd expect from two California legends.

Snoop Dogg is about to drop his about to drop his 14th album, and it's looking like Cool Aid will be an excellent addition to his untouchable catalog. The album's latest single -- "Kush Ups," a bossed-up stoner collab featuring Wiz Khalifa -- arrived earlier this month, and soon before that, he performed the Swizz Beatz-produced "Fireworks" for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel. The album's also set to feature a Just Blaze-produced collab with Nipsey Hussle, which is sure to be spectacular. Uncle Snoop has now given fans another taste of the Cool Aid by playing a new, yet-to-be-titled collab with the widely respected Pomona OG Suga Free.

Snoop was jamming out to the sounds of his new album, and he decided to provide a live feed into the listening session when the Suga Free collab came on. The sound quality is such that we gotta hear more, although from the video alone, it's safe to say that the album version will be automatic fire. Cool Aid is sounding like the perfect soundtrack for the LA summer. YG took it back to the roots of G-funk for his excellent new album, and now one of the genre's foremost pioneers is ready to prove that, almost 25 years into his career, he's still taking the funk in new directions.

Cool Aid arrives on July 1.
