Singer/Rapper/Songwriter Khalil first popped up on our radar a few years ago for his early collaborations with Lil Twist. Since then, both he and Twist have befriended Justin Bieber and seen their careers take off -- most recently in the form of Khalil's star-studded EP, A Long Story Short.
The Sacramento native stopped by the HNHH offices to discuss his past signing with Def Jam, working with Birdman on his EP, his favorite R&B artists and the origin of the alias Bieber appears under on his EP, "Bizzle." During the interview, Khalil big-ups Tory Lanez, The Weeknd and PARTYNEXTDOOR, and says he's looking to collaborate with Ty Dolla $ign and Jhené Aiko.
