Over the weekend, Drake announced during his OVO Sound radio show that his highly anticipated Views From The 6 album will be dropping on April 29, but it appears some listeners may have to wait an extra week to hear it unfortunately. Having already heard the news that the album would be released exclusively via Apple Music, Buzzfeed is now reporting that it’ll only be for the first 7 days however, before eventually hitting all streaming services.

This shouldn’t come as much of a shock to people considering the 6 God inked a $19 million dollar deal with fruit company last year, and released “One Dance” & “Pop Style” exclusively through the platform last week. It will follow a similar blue print as Rihanna’s Anti & Big Sean & Jhene Aiko’s TWENTY88, which both were made exclusive for a few days on their respective platforms, before going to all streaming services.

If you’re unaware, fans can sign up for a free 3-month trial on Apple Music, but you must remember to cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal gets deducted out of your bank account. We'll continue to update you on the album as we near closer to the release date.

Who’s signing up to Apple Music to hear Views From The 6 on 4/29?
