The world-class recording and performance artist had initially planned for this world tour to happen in 2020 to support the release of his latest album After Hours, but a pandemic happened. Unfortunately, we're still a long way from attending any concerts or festivals in the near future, so his rescheduled tour dates for 2021 were also nixed. This weekend, we'll get a great look at the artist's elite performance skills as he takes the Super Bowl by storm, for which he invested $7 million of his own money to make sure it was perfect. If you like what you see, you'll be able to buy tickets to his world tour, which has officially been announced for 2022.
Tickets will go on sale immediately following his performance at the Super Bowl this Sunday. It will kick off in Vancouver on January 14, 2022 before making multiple stops in his native Toronto, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Miami, and major markets across Europe.
This announcement comes following the reveal of his upcoming project The Highlights, which will span some of his greatest career work over the years.
It's unclear if Sabrina Claudio, Black Atlass, and Don Toliver are still onboard as opening acts.
